If you’re reading this, chances are sleep in your house feels… well, a little bit chaotic.

Maybe your baby is up all night and you’re never quite sure if it’s hunger, discomfort, or just them keeping you on your toes. Maybe you’re rocking, bouncing, and patting like it’s a full-body workout, only to get a nap shorter than a podcast episode. And maybe the smallest sound - the dog barking, the doorbell, or even the floorboards creaking - feels like it could unravel the whole day.

So many parents I speak to tell me they’ve tried it all: wake windows, white noise, blackout blinds, later bedtimes… and yet they still end up stuck in a cycle of short naps, early mornings, and bedtime battles.

That’s where I come in. My job is to take the pressure off, help you make sense of what’s happening, and walk you through changes step by step. Together, we’ll get you to a place where bedtime feels calm, mornings start when you’re ready, and naps actually give you a break.

Now, picture this instead:

Instead of the stress and second-guessing, things felt easy? You’d know when your baby’s tired without obsessing over wake windows. Naps would actually last long enough for you to breathe, have a coffee, or even sneak in an episode of your favourite show.

Bedtime would become something you looked forward to - calm, gentle, and predictable. No more early mornings dictating your day, no more panic over regressions or teething ruining your progress. And finally, you’d have your evenings back, knowing your baby is sleeping soundly.

Here's what my clients had to say:

Here’s how it works:

After booking, you’ll get an email with all the details and a link to your 3-5 Day Sleep Diary as well as a Sleep Intake Form. Fill it out (the more detail, the better!).

I will send you a full Sleep Assessment back within 48 hours, after which we can start our 7 day WhatsApp Sleep support, whenever works best for you.

Quick note before booking:

My sleep support packages are for babies 5.5 months and up. Before then, little ones are navigating huge developmental shifts (yep, the famous 4-month sleep regression!) and it’s simply not the right time for meaningful, lasting sleep work. I’d never want you to spend time or money on something that won’t stick.

That said, if your baby isn’t quite there yet, I’d be happy to talk and prepare you for the months ahead.
