The TRIBE isn’t something you join and forget about.
It’s not a one-off call.
And it’s definitely not another corner of the internet telling you there’s only one “right” way to do things.
Hi, I'm SandyÂ
At Wildhood Sleep, I often describe my approach as gentle and holistic, and I know those words can feel a bit overused, so here’s what I actually mean.
I don’t believe in “training” babies to sleep. Sleep isn’t a skill they need to learn - it’s influenced by so many factors. That’s why I look at the whole child: feeding, birth story, nutrition, development, and how sleep works biologically.
When I say gentle, I mean relationship-first. Babies sleep better when they feel safe, supported, and secure, not when comfort is withheld. Lasting change comes from trust, not pressure.
I also focus on the wellbeing of the whole family. Sleep doesn’t exist in isolation, and neither do you.
And I’ll always be honest, there’s no quick fix or guarantee your baby will suddenly sleep through. But with the right support and understanding, things do improve.
Because the truth is, waking in the early months is normal. Baby sleep is lighter, shorter, and wired that way for a reason. It’s not something to “fix” - it’s something to move through, with support.
Evidence-based… not just “I saw this on Instagram” advice
No vague tips. No random opinions. No “this worked for my friend’s baby so it must work for yours.”
Everything I share is grounded in actual research, so you know it’s not just noise. it’s support that actually makes a difference.
No sleep training (yes, really)
Not the “gentle” version where you still leave them for a few minutes.
If it involves limiting your response to your baby, it’s not happening here.
You get to respond, support, feed, cuddle, and do what feels right, while still improving sleep.
Because you deserve to feel human again
This isn’t about perfect sleep, it’s about helping you get enough rest to function, think clearly, and not feel completely done by 9am.Â
You’ll get real support, not just a plan and a “good luck.” Â
“Gentle” doesn’t mean waiting a few minutes before responding to your baby.
It means you get to make decisions that actually feel right for your family, and be fully supported in them.
