Sleep support that doesn’t break the bank.
Who’s this for?
Â
For the tired, overwhelmed, slightly ragey parent who's been deep in those mum groups where someone swears you have to sleep train at 4 months or your baby will “never” sleep again.
Or maybe you’ve been hit with that unsolicited gem:
“Don’t ever contact nap - you’ll be stuck there forever, and your baby will never sleep in a cot, and oh, you’re definitely creating a rod for your own back.”
Sound familiar?
If your head’s spinning from all the conflicting advice and you just want someone to tell you what’s actually helpful - without judgement, fear, or fluffy nonsense - you’re in the right place.
This is sleep support with no BS.
It’s science-backed, evidence-based, nurturing, and actually mindful of your parenting style - not someone else’s agenda.
You bring the baby. I’ll bring the calm.
I'm inIs The Tribe right for you?
Â
If you’re overwhelmed, exhausted, and ready to throw your phone after one more sleep thread — this is for you.
You’re drowning in conflicting advice. You’ve Googled at 2am, scrolled through mum groups, and somehow feel even more confused.
One person says it's just a phase, the internet says teething, and your friend swears by sleep training at 4 months or it’s game over.
- Your brain’s full. You just want support that actually helps.
- You want guidance that respects your parenting style.
- You’re not into harsh methods or cry-it-out scripts.
You want a responsive, evidence-based approach that works with your instincts and your baby — not against them. - You’d love 1:1 support, but not the cost or commitment.
- You just want to ask questions, get honest answers, and move forward with more clarity (and a little more sleep).
No judgement. No weird advice. Just grounded support from someone who understands sensitive babies and tired parents — because they’ve lived it too.
What’s waiting for you inside The Tribe?
Â
Daily Sleep Support (in the community!)
No more late-night Googling or second-guessing yourself. Inside the Tribe community space, you can post your sleep questions as they come up — and I’ll be hanging out in there Monday to Friday, giving real answers (not robot replies). Ask as often as you need, no judgement.
Quick + Practical Masterclasses
Each one is under 20 minutes — so yes, even if your baby only naps for 25.3 minutes, you can still learn something useful and drink your coffee hot. Topics cover everything from nap transitions and routines to temperament, regressions, and gentle changes.
Troubleshooting Deep Dives
Got a bedsharing setup that’s no longer working? Dealing with early mornings or bedtime chaos? These focused masterclasses are here to help you troubleshoot without spiralling.
Weekly Live Q&A Calls
Bring your burning questions, or just listen in. If you miss it, the replays are searchable so you can skip straight to the bits that matter.
The Sleep Library
Think practical, bite-sized guides (not textbooks) you can dip into anytime for evidence-based, parent-friendly support when things go sideways.
Monthly Guest Experts
Get insight beyond sleep — from real humans who are experts in their field (and also not afraid to say “yep, that part’s hard”). Topics include things like toddler behaviour, transitions, mental health, and more.
Your People (finally)
The Tribe isn’t just a resource — it’s a space. A cosy, supportive, no-judgement zone where you can connect with other parents who get it. Share the good, the messy, the "is this normal?" and everything in between.

Simply amazing.
As a pediatric nurse practitioner myself, I had exhausted every “classic” fix to poor sleep, including sleep training. Despite this, our sweet son continued to struggle with short naps and early morning wakings, and it was taking a toll on all of us. Within days of working with Sandy, I was having to wake our son from naps, and we are now sleeping past his desired wake time. He is happier, we are happier and I cannot thank Sandy enough for all she has done for our family. She was always readily available for questions, and gave a very detailed written summary of her assessment and recommendations. I undoubtedly will recommend her to friends, neighbors and patients!

Wildhood Sleep was born from two things that shaped me: a deep love of the messy magic of childhood, and a knack for helping tired families find their calm.
I believe childhood should be a little wild -Â full of muddy puddles, scraped knees, barefoot adventures, and that kind of dirt-covered joy that ends with a garden hose rinse. I was that kid. Always climbing something, always testing boundaries, and (once) accidentally vanishing because my friend had a Barbie Dream House.
But alongside that wild spirit, I’ve always had a deep respect for rhythm (maybe it's the Austrian in me). I spent over 20 years as a nanny and maternity nurse, and without even realising it, I was gently shaping sleep from the very beginning. I had a reputation for working with great sleepers — and eventually I realised it wasn’t luck. It was intuition, consistency, and a lot of listening to what babies were telling me.
So I trained formally in holistic sleep coaching - and it changed everything. I learned how things like temperament, birth experiences, and even iron levels can shape a child’s sleep. Suddenly, all the years of lived experience clicked into place.
Now, I support families with responsive, evidence-based sleep support that actually fits real life — no harsh methods, no cookie-cutter advice, just guidance that works with your instincts and your baby’s unique needs.
Because sleep shouldn’t come at the cost of connection - and parenting shouldn’t come with a side of constant self-doubt and cold coffee.
You’re the expert on your baby. I’m here to back you up.
