I help exhausted parents ditch the endless sleep training quick fixes and build lasting, sustainable healthy sleep habits that actually work—using evidence-based science, intuition, and gentle, personalised approaches to support sleeping through the night.
Let me help you tackle sleep regressions, ditch rocking or feeding to sleep, beat early mornings, and feel confident in your baby’s sleep. We’ll also work on extending naps, building a flexible routine, and handling any bumps along the way — together, we’ve got this!

➜ Your baby wakes up multiple times a night, and you’re not sure if they’re hungry, uncomfortable, or just messing with you at this point.
➜ You rock, bounce, pat, and sway — basically, you’re doing a full workout — just to get a 20-minute nap.
➜ You know wake windows, sleep cycles, and every sleep tip under the sun — yet your baby is still determined to party at nap time.
➜ You’ve tried pushing bedtime later to stop the 5 AM wakeups… and somehow, they’re up earlier.
➜ You live in fear of the doorbell, the dog barking, or even the floor creaking — because one noise and it’s game over.
➜ You’d love a break, but the idea of someone else putting your baby to sleep feels impossible (because only you know the exact right way to bounce/pat/sing for it to work).
➜ You’ve mastered the art of ninja-style crib transfers… only for your baby to wake up the second you exhale.

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve spoken to parents who feel like they’ve tried everything — from wake windows to white noise — and still end up stuck in an exhausting cycle of short naps, early wake-ups, and bedtime battles.
If that sounds like you — and you’re a confident parent who just needs a clear, step-by-step plan to follow — I’ve got you. I’ll lay out exactly what to do so you can take charge, implement it yourself, and finally get the sleep you and your baby deserve.

✔ You felt completely confident knowing when your baby is ready for sleep — no more guessing wake windows or overthinking every yawn?
✔ Naps happened in the crib — giving you time to enjoy a hot coffee, catch up on your favourite show, or just take a breath?
✔ Bedtime became a calm, predictable part of your day — something you actually looked forward to instead of dreading?
✔ Early mornings were a thing of the past — you started your day when you were ready, not at the crack of dawn.
✔ You knew exactly how to handle sleep hiccups like teething, regressions, nightmares, or travel — without stressing or derailing the whole routine.
✔ Nap transitions (or dropping naps altogether) didn’t feel like a total guessing game — you knew how to handle it without the overtired meltdowns.
✔ You could finally have your evenings back — knowing your little one is sound asleep, happy, and well-rested.

You’ve made it through the newborn days, and now you’re stuck in the in-between — your baby’s not a newborn, but not quite a toddler either.
Â
Naps are unpredictable, bedtime’s a battle, and after endless scrolling through mum groups and sleep tips, you’re more confused than ever. Everyone swears their method works, but it feels like your baby didn’t get the memo.
Â
It’s just you, your little one, and a whole lot of “What now?!”
Here’s why things feel overwhelming right now:
Your baby isn’t a newborn anymore — but they’re not quite a toddler yet either — and sleep in this stage is a whole new kind of chaos. Just when you think you’ve finally cracked the code, they hit a regression, drop a nap, or decide sleep is overrated. You gently lay them down in the cot, holding your breath like a ninja... and BAM — eyes wide open, staring at you like you betrayed them.
Meanwhile, you’re running on fumes, trying to figure out wake windows, nap lengths, and bedtime — but every time you think you’ve got it, they switch it up again.
And to make it even more confusing, everyone has an opinion. Google, Instagram, your mum, your best friend’s cousin — they all swear their way is the way. One person says “keep them awake longer,” another says “shorten the wake window,” and now you’re stuck wondering if your baby’s overtired, hungry, or just grunting like a tiny farm animal for no apparent reason.
It’s no wonder you’re exhausted — but it doesn’t have to stay this way.

Hi, I’m Sandy
Holistic Sleep Coach, maternity nurse, and newborn care specialist with over 20 years of experience helping families navigate those exhausting early months. I’ve spent my career caring for newborns and babies, guiding parents through sleep struggles with gentle, evidence-based approaches that actually work.Â
Whether you’re dealing with endless contact naps, frequent night wakings, or just want to set up healthy sleep habits from the start, I’m here to help!

My Story:
It all started during my nannying days. I spent years working with different families, helping them tackle sleepless nights and figuring out how to support each child’s unique sleep needs. Every family had its own parenting style, but the one thing they all wanted was a kid who actually slept!
I started working with babies as young as four weeks, helping them settle into great sleep habits—without rigid sleep training. Seeing exhausted parents finally get some rest while maintaining a strong bond with their baby made me realise this was my calling. I trained as a maternity nurse, shared my knowledge, and soon, families were reaching out for my sleep "magic."
Wanting to go beyond intuition, I enrolled in the Holistic Sleep Coaching Program, diving deep into the science behind baby sleep—everything from oral ties to temperament. It confirmed what I already knew: one-size-fits-all methods don’t work.
So, I combined my hands-on experience, training, and passion to create Wildhood Sleep—offering gentle, tailored sleep solutions that truly help families thrive. I’ve never looked back!

Step 1:Â
I’ll send you a sleep questionnaire to fill out over the course of 4 days. The more detail you give me, the better — I want to know everything. What’s working, what’s not, what your little one’s day looks like, and how you’re feeling too. It helps me get the full picture.
Step 2:Â
Once I've gathered all the info, I'll create a personalised sleep plan with clear. realistic steps - no one-size-fits-all advice here. This is perfect for confident parents who feel ready to take the lead and put a plan into action themselves. There's no follow-on support, but you'll have a straightforward, step-by-step guide to help you make it happen.Â
