Working with me is right for you if...
You want someone who truly listens
Your family, your child, and your goals are unique. Whether you're looking for reassurance, small tweaks, or a complete reset, I'll take time to understand what's happening and what matters most to you. We'll create a plan that feels realistic, achievable, and works with your parenting style.
You want sleep support without sleep training
If sleep training doesn't feel right for your family, that's absolutely fine. My approach is responsive, gentle, and evidence-based. We can work on night waking, early rising, false starts, naps, bedsharing, or bedtime while still responding to your child in a way that feels comfortable to you.
You want a plan built around your child
No two children sleep the same, which is why I don't use generic schedules or one-size-fits-all advice. Every recommendation is based on your child's temperament, development, sleep needs, and your family's goals. The support you receive is completely personalised from start to finish.
You want knowledge, confidence, and clarity
You know your child better than anyone. My role is to help you understand what's driving the sleep challenges and give you practical tools to tackle them. Together, we'll build your confidence so you can make informed decisions and navigate future sleep changes with ease.
Because better sleep isn't about following a method - it's about finding an approach that works for your child and your family.

What even is Holistic Sleep Support?
Holistic support means I don’t just look at sleep in isolation. I look at your little one’s temperament, sensitivities, and unique needs to create a plan that truly fits them. Some babies need a gentler, slower approach, while others can move quicker, and knowing the difference is everything.
You won’t find sleep training methods here. I dig deep into the real reasons your baby or toddler is struggling with sleep, so we can address the root cause in a way that’s both evidence-based and responsive.
It’s the opposite of handing out “painkillers” for shoulder pain without asking what’s causing it. Around here, we get to the heart of the problem so your family can finally get the sleep you need.
Frequently Asked Questions
What methods do you use?
I take a gentle, responsive approach that’s completely tailored to your baby’s needs and your parenting style. There’s no “one-size-fits-all” and definitely no leaving your baby to cry. Everything we do will feel right for you, I’ll never ask you to try something you’re not comfortable with.
What if my baby doesn’t respond to the plan?
Totally fair question, and one I hear a lot! Every baby is different, and it’s normal for some to take a little longer to adjust. The key thing is that you’re not doing this alone.
If something isn’t working, I’ll help you figure out why and tweak the plan until it does. We’ll look at your baby’s reactions, routines, and any underlying factors. My goal is to make sure the plan fits your baby, not the other way around.
And honestly, in all my years doing this, every single family I’ve worked with has seen improvements in sleep. Sometimes small at first, sometimes huge, but always progress.
My child is starting nursery and I’m going back to work, when should we start?
This is one of the most common times parents reach out to me. That transition, new nursery, back to work, new routines, can be tough on everyone. I’ve supported hundreds of families through this exact phase (after 20 years working as a nanny and maternity nurse, it’s a time I know really well).
We’ll create a plan that helps your child adjust and supports you through those early weeks so things feel a bit less overwhelming.
What happens if my child gets ill during our package?
It’s almost guaranteed that your little one will come down with something, a cold, a cough, a new tooth, while we’re working together. When that happens, we simply press pause. Your baby will need extra comfort and support during that time, and we’ll ease back into the plan once they’re feeling better.
How long does it take to see improvements in my baby’s sleep?
It really depends on your baby, their temperament, age, and what’s going on with their sleep right now. Some families see changes within a few days, others notice gradual improvements over a few weeks. I’ll always give you realistic expectations based on your baby and what’s achievable for your family.
I’m still feeding my baby or toddler at night, is that okay?
Absolutely! It’s completely normal for babies, and even toddlers, to still feed at night, especially under 12 months. Many need those feeds for nutrition or comfort. If it’s working for you, there’s no rush to change it.
If, however, night feeds are starting to feel unsustainable, I can guide you through reducing them gradually and gently, making sure your baby’s nutritional needs are still met. We’ll also work on improving overall sleep so longer stretches start happening naturally. I’ll show you alternative ways to settle your baby, too, and yes, that often means your partner can help so the nights can be shared.
We’re going on holiday soon. Should we wait to start?
If you’ve got a trip coming up, it’s usually best to wait until you’re home for at least 3-4 consistent weeks before diving into a new sleep plan. Holidays tend to throw routines off, new beds, travel, late nights, all the things! That said, if you’re exhausted and desperate for things to start improving now, we can absolutely get going. You can book your package and we’ll use your first session to work on some quick wins you can start straight away, plus I’ll give you tips for managing sleep while you’re away.
Is working with a sleep coach really worth it?
Honestly? Most parents tell me it’s the best thing they’ve ever done for their family. When everyone’s sleeping better, everything feels easier, less stress, more patience, more joy, and a happier baby. It’s not just about more sleep (though that’s a huge win!), it’s about feeling like yourself again.
